1. Nature of the Digital Waqf

WaqfTech builds and maintains open digital assets endowed as public goods (digital waqf) free of subscription fees for the benefit of learners, educators, and communities.

2. Acceptable Use

When using any WaqfTech platform or application, you agree to the following rules:

• Use WaqfTech platforms and applications lawfully and in good faith.
• Refrain from unauthorized access attempts, service disruption, rate-limit circumvention, or abusive automated scraping.
• Uphold academic integrity on educational platforms such as Manara and refrain from impersonation or falsifying assessments and certificates.

3. Accounts and Educational Center Governance

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (whether via email/password or Google Sign-In). Educational centers and instructors on platforms like Manara administer course enrollment, grading, and certificate issuance in accordance with their program policies.

4. Intellectual Property and Waqf-DPL Licensing

Unless stated otherwise in a project repository, WaqfTech software, documentation, and digital assets are governed by the Waqf Digital Public License (Waqf-DPL) published at /license, which preserves the endowed origin of the work while keeping its benefit open to the public.
